Since the conception of our appliance repair service we have maintained our approach to the business. The key to outstanding customer service is in obtaining  the knowledge about their machines. We are part of a very large data base involving all the appliance brands and their characteristic problem points. By keeping up with the tech in this field it better prepares us for quickly diagnosing problems. As well, we maintain our position of being on the forefront of ideas and innovations for the purpose of remedy.

Keeping up with the knowledge gives us the edge for our clients in quickly diagnosing issues and identifying specific markers which helps us in our decision making so that we can identify areas of repair that just doesn't make sense when weighed against the cost and potential for re occurance of the problem. Through diligence and experience along with a genuine concern for our clients we can advise them about cause and secondary issues and advised as to when it would be better to replace rather than repair their appliance.
